So, the Joan book is going live as we speak. It is now available at Amazon. Submitted to Kobo, Barnes and Noble and Apple. I will update this page and the Books page as I have time and access. (Links all updated)
If you like the book, be sure to sign up for the mailing list if you haven’t already, as well as leave an honest review. I’ve heard it said that reviews are the lifeblood of indie writers. Can’t say for sure if that’s totally accurate, but it’s right up there with water and air.
This book will be the last of the Fixer Origin stories for awhile. I had a lot of backstory for both Duke and Joan that I wanted the readers to know about, but right now, the focus will rightly turn back to JC Bannister and the team as a whole. These books were fun and exciting and challenging to write. But The Fixer episodic serial thriller stories are my focus and will remain that way for the rest of the year. I’ve got major plot points for Season 2 in mind and will be mapping it out over the next week or so (yes, while I am on vacation). Season 3 major plot is already in mind as is Season 4. Aiming to get Season 2 and 3 done this year. I may have a standalone novel in the works for this year also, but I’m going to keep that one close to my vest for now. Gotta focus on The Fixer. JC is a patient man, but even he has his limits.
Why don’t I do a Fixer Origins for JC? Because The Fixer is his story.
Why don’t I do a Fixer Origins for Theo? Because that would be a tome of debauchery. Just kidding. I have some ideas for him, but if I ever do a full origin story for him, it will be next year at the earliest. A short story, however, or a small collection of shorts, that may be possible. Okay, crap, now I have to make a collection of shorts for Theo because he just sat himself in the front of my brain and isn’t going to move until I get it at least scribbled down.
But, like I said, Season 2 and 3 are going to be the focus. Sorry, Theo, but your stories are gonna have to wait, buddy.
SO. Buy the Joan book. Leave an honest review. Buy the Duke book if you haven’t. Leave an honest review if you haven’t. Sign up for the mailing list if you haven’t. And if you haven’t, then what in the Sam Hill are ya waitin’ on?
